This Class III hitch gives you a 2" x 2" receiver opening that’s perfect for bike racks, cargo carriers, or small trailers. The main body is concealed, leaving only the receiver visible for a clean, OE-like look under the bumper. You get the utility of a hitch without changing your vehicle’s appearance or ground clearance.
The fully welded, square-tube steel construction is engineered to handle light towing and hauling tasks. It’s tested in accordance with SAE J684 safety standards and rated for 2,000 lbs maximum gross trailer weight and 200 lbs maximum tongue weight. Whether you’re mounting a rack or pulling a small trailer, the strength and stability are built in.
Installing this hitch doesn’t require special tools or drilling. It bolts directly to existing frame points using included hardware, making it a straightforward project for most DIY setups. The open-back receiver design also makes it easy to clean out dirt or debris once it’s mounted.
A gloss black powder coat is applied over a protective base layer to shield against corrosion from rain and road grime. The durable finish keeps the hitch looking sharp and prevents rust from spreading inside or out, so it stays solid season after season.

Were you able to get them tightened? If not, an impact wrench will get them spinning fast enough that they'll tighten right up.

I reached out to the manufacturer about this and they said that the hitch should not impede the hands free feature. They said you may need to kick a little further under than you normally would without the hitch installed.

I have used it numerous times and it works great. I havent had any issues with it.
