Will this fit my mach e gt 2023 with out cutting the rubber bumper using the draw-tite

It isn't the actual bumper, but you will need to trim the fascia underneath your 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E to install the Draw-Tite hitch that fits, which is the following part number:

- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT92MR.

I have added a photo of the instructions showing the cut out size needed to install this hitch so you can get an idea of if that's something you're okay with. There is another option that fits your 2023 Mach-E I wanted to mention that requires cutting a bit less of the fascia, which is from Curt, and is the following part number:

- Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C77ER.

I have also added a cut out from the instructions of this hitch which show you the size of the fascia trimming needed, which is 5-3/4" x 3-1/2" compared to the Draw-Tite's 8-1/2" x 4-3/4".
