The box was damaged by the time it arrived and it was missing some hardware because of the rough handling.
Hitch seems great. Installation was challenging but possible without a lift. I like the way it looks, well hidden. The hitch was missing a 3/8-16 nut from the packaging. The box had a couple holes in it and the hardware had been opened up during shipping. Nut likely fell out

Great product! We needed a hitch receiver for our Mustang Mach E because we occasionally carry an E-bike on a hitch carrier or tow a lightweight cargo trailer. The receiver is recessed and inconspicuous, which is great for looks, but it will need a significant hitch extension in order for a trailer to clear the bumper.

Still works great, no issues.
Only pickup on install was a nut that was cross threaded out of the box. Luckily I found a nut with the same threads.

After one year of use, this hitch stands out as the best one I have ever owned. It still looks new even through a rough Michigan winter and frequently towing a trailer, mounting a cargo rack or hauling bicycles with a bike rack. It is solid! Nothing moves thanks to the extra bracing some lighter duty receivers dont have. Again, it looks good when I am not towing or hauling which was a top priority. It still looks better than many factory installed hitches, like the car was designed for it instead of something that was added on. A vehicle without a hitch just doesnt work for me so this is well worth the investment in doing it right.
