The best hitch for a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E is the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C77ER. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your Mustang with included hardware. It is a class III hitch with a 2" receiver that is great for towing or hauling accessories like cargo carriers and bike racks.

I have attached a couple of pictures below so you can see what this hitch looks like once installed.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
