Question:
So I am thinking about buying a 5th wheel and it comes with a 18k demco sliding hitch. I have a 2015 f250 short bed dont know about oem trailer mounting or not. I guess not what do I need to install in my truck and wiring ? The hitch is a Demco 6077 base and 6081 head and right now it is in a 2019 Nissan Titan XD with an OEM puck system hope that will work in my 2015 f250

Thank you for all of the great information!
You will be getting the Replacement Head and Base Assembly # DM6077 with those parts so you just need to add the side plates # DM6033 if you have the OEM puck system (4 holes in a rectangular pattern) or the side plates # DM6003 for a standard above-bed base rail kit.
It sounds like you don't have a mounting system installed on your 2015 Ford F-250 yet so we'll need to get you setup with that as well. The most cost-effective option is the Above-Bed Rail Kit # C16424-204 which pairs with the side plates # DM6003, but for the OEM puck system we have the kit # RP30138-26 which pairs with the side plates # DM6033 .
I personally like the puck system better because it gives you the 4 anchor points for the 5th wheel hitch, a gooseneck receiver and hitch ball (if you ever need to tow a gooseneck trailer) and it means that you have a completely clear bed when you remove the hitch. The above-bed kit is definitely effective (and costs less) but it means those rails will still be there when the hitch is removed.
You might also be interested in adding the Pollak 7-Way # PK11893-11932 so you have a 7-Way in the bed of your truck for easier access.
Attached are a handful of videos for you to check out.
