To help prevent your towed vehicle battery from being dead after flat towing for the day I recommend installing the Charge Line Kit # RM-156-25 which is wired to the center pin on a 6-Way umbilical wiring kit like what we find with part # RM-15267.

This kit pulls power from the battery of your motorhome to keep the battery on your towed vehicle from dying. If you don't have a 12V power supply at the back of your motorhome you can add it with this kit # RM-156-75.

Typically the towed vehicle's owner's manual will call for a fuse to be removed to prevent the battery from draining. It would help to check the flat tow instructions in your owner's manual as well just to make sure you've set everything up correctly.
