Does flat towing a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk add miles to the odometer? Did a search and e-trailers answered the question yes on one occasion and no on another occasion. Looking for a recommended tow bar and braking system for the rear of a motorhome to tow a Cherokee Trailhawk.

No, when you are flat towing a newer vehicle, like a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk, the odometer will not count the miles.
I would be happy to recommend a flat towing set up for your Trailhawk along with the Tow Bar and Braking System you have requested. I recommend going with a permanently installed braking system since you have a new vehicle. This will pay off in convivence in the long run over the universal ones that have to be pulled out every time you drive your Jeep. I read somewhere that the 2022 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has an electric parking brake that needs to be disabled before flat towing. Is this true? If so, how is that accomplished? Thanks for your assistance.
