To flat tow your 2015 Mini Cooper S you will need a tow bar, base plate kit, wiring harness, supplemental braking system, and charge line. I have linked the parts below you will need along with any available videos to help you make your decisions.

Tow Bar- Roadmaster Falcon All Terain item # RM-522. This has non-binding arms which makes the setup easy to connect disconnect.

Base Plate Kit- Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521882-5. Has removeable arms that allows you to disconnect them when not towing. This provides a nearly factory look when your Mini is not being flat towed.

For lighting/safety cables, locks, and covers for the tow bar we have the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain kit item # RM-9243-1 which comes with all of that as one part number. The diode kit that comes with this allows you to splice into your Mini's taillight wiring so that your RV controls the vehicle taillights and does not require drilling into the taillight housings. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.

Supplemental Braking System- Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251. This system permanently installs in your Mini and is concealed so it won't interfere when you are driving.

Charge Line- Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles item # RM-156-25. This will keep your Mini's battery topped off during your trip. This will prevent you from arriving at your destination with a dead battery.
