Since you don't have a tow harness easily available you'll need to first install a 4-pole connector like # 18002. The brown wire will tie into your E-450's running light circuit, yellow will tie into the left turn, green will tie into the right turn, and white will need to be mounted to an unpainted surface on the vehicle's frame for a proper ground.
From there you'll be able to install the a 7-Way connector like # 37185. If you want to run the 12 volt power wire to the 7-Way connector you will need a length of 10 gauge wire to connect to the vehicle battery positive post through a 40 amp circuit breaker, item # PK54540. In this case I would recommend using an appropriate length of Double bonded 10 gauge wire, item # 10-2-1, for both the power wire and the brake controller wire.
I've attached a couple videos and help articles to walk you through this installation process.
