Some where I read that these are bags will allow the suspension to droop without damage to the airbags is this correct. As putting the truck on a lift or jacking it up.

Correct, the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2582, unlike other options for your 2020 Ford F-150, can have the axles unsupported/free hanging when truck is put on a lift without causing damage. The double-convoluted Ride-Rite air springs are designed with the rubber springs attached to end plates with a rolled crimp seal that allows this.

This is a really good question. So the Firestone Ride Rite kits like the #F2582 that you referenced are capable of having a capacity of up to 5,000 lbs but the the specific air bags that are used in this kit are only rated for up to 4,800 lbs…
