For your 2018 Ford F-150 the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2582 will work perfectly. These heavy-duty air springs feature a 4,800 pound load-leveling capacity and will do a great job of getting your truck back to level and smoothing out your overall ride.
As you mentioned in your question, the adjustability of the air bags (5 psi to 100 psi) will allow you to have a comfortable ride whether your bed is fully loaded or completely empty. The double-convoluted construction on these springs is superior to those from other manufacturers and will last for as long as you need them.
I have attached an installation video on the 2016 F-150 that you can use for reference.
