Will this fit a 2021 lexus RX 450h? with no drilling

I have a solution for you but the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver item # 13445 does not fit the 2021 Lexus RX 450h. The only hitch available for the 2021 RX 450h is the Curt Hitch Receiver item # C73DR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your RX 450h with included hardware. It does not require any drilling.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # 119250KIT and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
