Since you have 3/4 inch thick D-Rings and you want to use The Blue Ox Adventurer Tow Bar - Car Mount - 2 inch Ball - 5,000 pounds # BX7322 we will not have an adapter that will work for you.
If you purchase one of the following Tow bars below, The Blue Ox Off-Road Bumper Adapters for Blue Ox Motorhome Mounted Tow Bars - 7/8 inch D-Rings # BX88357 can be attached to your 3/4 inch D-Rings.
