Great service. Original order came with mismatched parts (one was bigger than the other). No fault of eTrailer. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent a new set and covered return shipping. Adapters are very heavy duty and come with spacers to ensure a good fit. Oly complaint is the paint started chipping within a week. no problem - I'm used to repainting trailer hitch and Tow Bar hardware regularly.
Exactly what I needed! Works great! The ones that came with the blue ox system were oriented the wrong way for my tow vehicle. This solved the problem perfectly and Vicki was a great help to get me lined up to what I needed to order. She followed up on my order to, making sure it worked. I had a packaging issue with the delivery box being damaged and a part missing ( not etrailer’s fault at all) . I called and explained and she immediately resolved the issue so I could get my tow vehicle hooked up and get to travelling our beautiful country. I’ve been on the road 15 months and the one thing that has been amazing is this item, the adapters, and the blue ox system, along with the braking system I bought from etrailer! Thank you thank you for providing quality items and quality technical support!!
Nice heavy adapters. Comes with 6 shim washers. I used one on each adapter. I used JB weld to hold them in place so I don't have to fool with them. Arrived quickly in a nice heavy box. I'm using them on my 2021 Jeep Wrangler with a Blue Ox Avail tow bar.

No issues at all. Works great.
They were slightly longer than my originals from 2019 but they work great.

This adapter seems very good quality. Super stout, heavy weight and solid part. I haven’t installed or used it yet. This part arrived about two days later than the originally quoted ETA, I couldn’t install it for our last trip. But I have little doubt that it will work as advertised.
Ordered and was put in mail same day. Product is as it should.

The adapters worked as described. The only issue I have is the price. Compared to other manufacturers, the Blue Ox adapters were double in price.
However, the delivery process and the customer service from etrailer was amazing which help take the price sting away.
Always ship quick! Next days, 2, or 3 day shipping is pointless if you take 3 days to ship. You can always count on your stuff to ship in most cases next day!
You were the only ones that actually the part in stock. Shipped to me in three days. Good service on the phone plus I received the part when you said I would. One frustration, the cost was almost $100 more that from the original manufacture, I had to have the part quickly as Blue Ox production was six weeks out. The part cost is out of line anyway for two eyelets. Thanks

Works well but way overpriced. Two eyelets to hook up to a factory steel bumper were as much as the base plate. That is wrong. They work great, one issue, they painted the shim washers, I had to sand that off to make them work better, added a shot of lithium grease.

Just what I needed. I have a wrangler with an off road bumper and winch and needed adapters for my blue ox tow bar. The first adapter I order was to large and etrailer said no problem. I sent the first one back, got the right one and now it’s Moab bound!!!
I give etrailer full marks. I ordered my parts and there was a packaging error from the manufacturer . etrailer was very responsive in getting me a new order shipped. They always answered the phone, were professional and caring.

Worked well but very difficult to get the washers in place. One thicker washer would be better.
Really solid build. Fit perfectly to my bumper and looks like these will last for years to come. I bought a used older tow bar and these fit just fine.

great towed to Montana from Ca and back it worked flawless. so easy to connect
well they look good haven't had a chance to put them together yet.

Stronger than the bumper. Tabs on the bumper were showing weld stress so I installed a baseplate. Great Product.
