We have three options for class III hitches for your 2022 Toyota RAV-4 Prime. The Curt Hitch Receiver item # C13416 and the etrailer item # e23ZR are nearly identical and provide about the same amount of ground clearance, If I had to choose between them I'd go with the etrailer brand because it's manufactured in the US like the Curt, but also features a matte black powder coat finish that blends into the underside of the vehicle better than the glossy finish on the Curt.

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver item # EH97FR is our third option and other than it having a higher towing capacity, which you won't need with a hybrid, there really isn't much of a difference other than price.

The best class III hitch for your Hybrid RAV4 is going to be the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver item # e23ZR.

If you are going to be towing you will need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector item # C56434.
