I need get a towing setup on my 2022 BMW X5. Can you tell me what all I will need? I want to try and keep everything looking as stock as possible.

I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit # SH25VR for your 2022 BMW X5. This kit contains a Stealth receiver that you can remove when you are not towing as to retain a stock appearance. Also included is the wiring for a 7-way trailer connection, 2" hitch receiver for hitch mounted accessories and a ball mount with 2" hitch ball.
Depending on your trailer you will be towing you may need a 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 for the wiring. And either a 1-7/8" Ball # C40002 or 2-5/16" Ball # C40005 to match the trailer coupler.
