What is the torque spec for the four nuts holding this flat plate connector to the trailer plate?

I spoke with my contact at Buyers Products and they informed me that the the bolts that mount the Buyers Products Cast Trailer Coupler part # 3370091558 should be torqued to 225 ft lbs. The hardware should also be Grade 8. You may already have a torque wrench but if not our part # PT79FR is rated for up to 250 ft lbs and would work great to install this coupler.
