Hey Tim! The distance from the most rear hole to the end of the #BWHDRH25122 receiver tube is going to be 12". See the attached photo.

The distance from the center of the front hole to the center of the rear hole is 17-3/16 inches, and then the distance from the center of the rear hole to the middle hole is 5-3/4 inches.

Hey Kyle, just from looking at the mounting flanges of the Curt #C15300 and the Torklift you have installed on your truck currently, it does look like you would need to do some drilling to install the hitch. It shouldn't be too bad though.
