Question:
I have been investigating TOAD setups and was about to the Invisibrake until after reading the QandA noticed that this is not recommended for the hilly areas. I live in Utah and of course, it is hilly. Does this mean that the Invisibrake is not an option for me? I am now looking at the Demco stay-in-play unit DM86VR. What additional items do you recommend I add that are compatible with this configuration. It will go into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK sport. Toad Brake light wiring? are special diodes required? Toad battery charge line? Toad brake light disable relay? 6 pin connector and mount? 7 pin to 6 pin cable to RV

The reason the Roadmaster InvisiBrake Supplemental Braking System # RM-8700 is not a good option for flat towing your 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK Sport through hilly areas is because it applies the brake pedal in your JK with the same amount of force no matter the situation.
Having a set amount of braking power is not optimal for mountainous areas with steep inclines and declines because when ascending there will be too much braking power, putting more pressure on your RV and making it more difficult to climb, and when descending there can be a lack of braking power, resulting in your tow vehicle "pushing" your RV, which can lead to a dangerous situation. Instead you'll want a supplemental braking system that utilizes an inertia sensor like the Demco Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR you referenced.
The inertia sensor detects deceleration and signals the system to activate the brake pedal in your JK with a proportionate amount of pressure to that of your motorhome's brake pedal. The inertia sensor also comes with a sensitivity control to let you regulate just how aggressively the towed car's brakes activate, for added customization.
To flat tow you'll also need a tow bar, base plate, tow bar wiring kit, and safety cables. If you haven't already purchased these items then I have the following recommendations for you:
Tow Bar: Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, Non-Binding Tow Bar # RM-522. This tow bar features non-binding latches and a large hookup radius to make connecting/disconnecting on any terrain a breeze.
Base Plate: Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # RM-521448-5. These direct-connect base plates offer a simple and convenient attachment point for your tow. The removable arms provide a clean factory look when not in use.
Tow Bar Wiring Kit: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit allows you to use your Jeep Wrangler's tail lights and wiring system while preventing feedback from your RV. It will come with a 6-pin connector for your JK as well as a 6-pin to 7-pin adapter cable.
Note: You will need a Brake-Lite Relay Kit # RM-88400 to ensure that your towed vehicle's turn signal lights flash in tandem with your RV's lights. This will prevent your Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal that comes from your RV. The brake light switch wire that you'll tap into for this will be white/brown.
To keep your JK's battery charged you can install the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25 on your JK and the Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Motorhomes # RM-156-75 if your motorhome doesn't already have a charge line installed.
Safety Cables: RoadMaster 64" Double Hook, Straight Safety Cables # RM-646. These cables will slide right through the channels of your tow bar to prevent them from dragging on the ground.
You may also need a high/low adapter to keep your tow bar level between your motorhome and Jeep. This does require you to do some measuring once the base plates are installed, so I've attached our help article to walk you through the steps of determining the correct rise/drop needed for your application.
