Hello is there a base plate available for a 2018 JCW Mini Cooper? I want to flat tow behind an RV.

I can get you set up to tow your 2018 Mini Cooper JCW, but it will not be a flat tow setup with four wheels on the ground. You will not be able to tow your vehicle with the JCW trim. Instead my recommendation is the Roadmaster Tow Dolly, part # RM-2050-1. This tow dolly does have trailer brakes, but you will need a 7-way trailer connector for them to work. You can add the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box # HS381-9000, to your RV to power your brakes.
