Can this fan be mounted on a camper top to vent the pick up bed area.

Yes, you could use the Ventline vent # VP-543SP in a truck bed camper shell if you wanted. The only issue is that on camper shells the thickness of the shell is usually much thinner than that of a trailer or RV. You may need to come up with a gap spacer to compensate for the thinner roof. I have linked a video review of this vent for you.
I also recommend installation kit # 344270KITW which comes with screws, tape, and caulk to seal around the vent to keep out water.
