I have a 2025 Palomino HS-2902. I have a dometic AC. How can I tell what model it is and which soft-start works with it?

Hey Jim, welcome back! There's no information on Forest River's website other than you have a 11,000 BTU AC in your 2025 Palomino HS-2902. What you'll need to do is look for a part number or some kind of identifying information on the AC unit itself or in your owner's manual.
We have three options for soft starts that work with Dometic AC units. These are all custom fit options that plug directly into your AC system.
The Dometic Soft Start for Penguin II Electronic Air Conditioner Setup item # DMC77RR works with Dometic Penguin II electronic air conditioner units with in-wall thermostats.
The Dometic Soft Start for Penguin II Mechanical Air Conditioner Setup item # DMC52RR works with Dometic Penguin II mechanical air conditioner units with manual control knobs.
The Dometic Soft Start for FreshJet Mechanical Air Conditioner Setup item # DMC87RR works with Dometic FreshJet mechanical air conditioner units.
