For your 2021 Jeep Cherokee Latitude edition, I definitely recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" # C13395. Not only will the Curt hitch fit your Latitude model, but it also provides you with 675 pounds of maximum tongue weight capacity and 4,500 pounds of towing weight capacity.
