The Demco Trailer Coupler # DM12688-95 does install to a channel bracket using bolts like what we find in the Kit # DM6166.
If you were looking for a bolt-on channel bracket then the part # DM13867-52 would be what you're looking for which fits 3" wide channel tongues.
If you were talking about something else please let me know and I'd be happy to look into it.
