Should The Demco Channel Bracket # DM13867-52 Be Sleeved When Mounting on Aluminum Trailer Frame?

Question:
I plan on mounting this on my Legend Cargo trailer. The tube it will mount on is a 3inch X 6inch alumininum extrusion. Should I use spacer tube on the mount bolts inside if the aluminum tube to avoid crushing the aluminium tube?
