Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Demco Hardware Kit. Now, this hardware kit is going to allow you to mount your Demco Channel Mount Coupler to an adjustable channel bracket. You're gonna get four bolts that will provide a nice secure rattle-free connection for your coupler. On these bolts are five eighths inch grade five mounting bolts. You're also going to get five eighths inch nylon lock nuts and the four five eighths inch washers and so if you are needing to replace hardware or just needing to have some hardware to get your coupler mounted onto your channel bracket, this is gonna be the kit that you need.

They are four bolts and nuts. I’m hoping to install today. Mine currently has two long bolts. Because the channel is not an even 3”’s top to bottom, the hitch wiggles. I can move it with my hand. I feel like this puts unnecessary torque on the bolts. Hope by individually tightening each bolt I can stop this.
