Question:

I am in need of spare parts. Specifically: 1. In step 5C of the 9033 installation, the 1 spare me plate bolt and washer to secure the 963pro to center plate and spare me mounting bracket. 2. Then in step 6A through 6F: a. The 2 45mm carriage bolts and 2 3 wing knobs for the upper holes of the bracket b. The 2 65mm carriage bolts, 2 plastic spacers and 2 3 wing knobs to secure the bottom bracket to the 963PRO. PLEASE HELP! I have no idea where to purchase these!

So I checked, and it is possible to get some of the parts you specified, while others are not due to them having been discontinued or not available as a spare part. The bolt from "1", the 45mm carriage bolts from "2" and the spacers from "3" are not offered. That said, here is what we can get you if you'd like:
