Will the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit Fit 2021 Jeep Gladiator With Steel Bumper and Winch

I am looking to add the Blue Ox base plate kit to my 21 Jeep Gladiator. It looks like it will work with the steel bumper, but I also have a winch installed. Will this be a problem?
