The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TFR1502D you referenced is for 2WD only 2006 Ford F-150s. For your 4WD F-150 I recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System item # TFR150D. This system has a 6,000 lbs weight capacity and will definitely help to address the sagging you are feeling when your truck is loaded down.
