When you’re towing a trailer or hauling gear, rear-end sag can throw off your steering and braking. The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 6,000 lbs of support using hollow rubber springs that sit above the axle. As more weight is added, the springs get progressively stiffer to keep your truck level, improve stability, and prevent bottoming out. You stay in control even when the bed or hitch is loaded down.

Bumpy roads don’t have to beat up your suspension. The Aeon hollow rubber springs act like built-in shock absorbers, taking the hit from potholes and rough terrain. They help absorb road shock and reduce bounce so your ride stays smooth and comfortable even with cargo or a trailer in tow. The rubber construction also cuts down on wear and tear by easing the load on your factory suspension.

When a trailer sways or you take a corner with an uneven load, each spring works independently to support its side. This keeps the truck more balanced and reduces body roll when turning or swerving. By keeping each side planted, it also helps cut down on trailer sway caused by wind or passing traffic, making for steadier towing on highway runs and mountain grades.

Installing extra support shouldn’t be complicated. The Timbren system replaces the factory bump stops with custom-fit brackets that bolt onto each frame rail above the rear axle—no drilling required. Once installed, there’s nothing to adjust or maintain; the springs engage automatically when weight is applied and stay out of the way when you’re driving unloaded. It’s a clean, bolt-on solution designed for dependable load support every time you hitch up or haul out.

I would just like to say this SES is just as advertised, everything installed great with no problem and they are extremely well made, I look forward to these lasting many years.
Easy install. Product arrived before delivery date. Can already feel difference when just driving. Will hook up camper in a few week to see the real results.
This system is simple to install, and it dramatically helps the load handling capability without changing the ride of an empty truck.
The hardware that came in the kit was completely wrong. Stated M10 x 60 and 90 mm. Came with three different lengths of M8 hardware of neither length. Had to source hardware locally. Much too expensive for having to spend more money for the right bolts. Just hope this inattention to detail is not an indication of the quality of the product. Will likely not purchase products from this company again.
It did what it was supposed to do. When I wasn’t towing, it definitely made for a rougher ride, but it was nice when I was towing. Unfortunately I sold the truck with them installed so I will look to buy new ones for my 2015 F-150
Quick delivery and very easy to install. Excellent customer service.
Simple installation and the cost is gre at.
Great product very easy to install. Levels truck back to factor height when loaded and makes for better cornering with out affecting ride good job.

GREAT no problems
Easy to install. Keeps Ford F150 level as advertised when towing a trailer.
Quality made parts, took 30 min to install using had tool and a floor jack.
Went out and "road tested" it. Like it so far.
Paula was a great customer service representative. She helped beyond her job description and kept in touch throughout the order and delivery process.
Product arrived when it was suppose too and as described. 15 minutes and they were in. We will surely be ordering again from trailer.com
Great customer service with very fast shipping and notifications when ordered and shipped. Excellent product, we have installed these on all of our fleet trucks from 1/2 ton to 1 ton. They improve load capacity and trailer handling!
Very satisfied with this product. Eliminated rear sag and sway. However I was disappointed with the time it took to be delivered.
These things are great. I have been using these on my f150 with a camper on the back. The truck was a little unstable before these and with them it feels like the camper is almost not there.
Buy these if you have extra weight in your truck often
The Timbren rear suspension enhancement system works fine. The RV trailer sits level and tows great.
The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System TFR150D for my f150 2006
Was easy to install about 45 mins, The ride did not change with no load with load the truck ride great the timbren does what it advertise to do very happy
Got these for towing a travel trailer. Was told they would work against my WD hitch but I got them anyway. I have not tried them with the trailer yet but I did have way too much sand loaded in the back of my truck. They handled that great. I think they will work great for what I wanted for towing. My truck is 10 years old and the springs should benefit from these nicely.
The product was very durable and good quality, I didn't need the spacers because without them I had 1" clearance until any weight was placed on the truck. I did have use the longer bolts however to get a strong torque when tightening the rubber spring. NOW THE TEST...I hooked up my 30' trailer using my equalizer 4 point hith, looking under the truck the rubber spring was pressing on the bumper stops just enough to seat firmly. After everything was hooked up, away we went! Test drive.... I must say, the truck and trailer handled great. The truck was not bouncing when driving, it had a solid feel to it. After finding a level street to park on, I got out and looked at the trailer and truck... Perfect! Nice and level.... I hope this helps another person decide the product works. Thanks trailer.

These suspension enhancements are basically hard rubber springs that go between the pickup rear axle and frame. They were easy to install and when my 5th wheel is hooked up the truck remains level and solid. No bouncing up and down on the road, no headlights pointing up in the air. Does ride a little stiffer in back, especially with no trailer or bed weight, but not enough to outweigh the gain.
Works awesome, put 2000lbs in a 1/2 ton truck and drove an hour at 65 mph no problems, only problem is the bolts to use it without the spacer are too short, had to get longer ones, but other than that i am very impressed
Easy intallation, I also did the fronts at the same time. I have Timbrens on my one ton dually front and rear for over six years and they are much better than air bags although air bags do have their place in certain situtations, I've had air bags and they are a hassle to air up and down w/o an on board compreesor. I'll stick with the Timbrens install them and forget them.

I have traded this dually for a 2015 dually and put Timbrens on the 2015 rear axle and Timbrens on the front and rear axles of the wifes half ton pick up just to improve the ride, I like a firm suspension. The factory bump stops on the front 2015 axle were rivreted on so thats why Timbrens were not used on it.
Received these as promised very easy install hooked trailer up very happy with the ride height haven't pulled trailer down the road yet but will soon satisfied so far
Installed these bad boys. So I could haul my 6500lbs camper with my F150. I was amazed that the truck barely moved. Before hand I would have to remove the jack legs just to move the camper. Now it squats maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch. I plan on buying the front ones in the future. Awesome product.
The order come on the day it was supposed to I put them on in less than an hour. Fit perfectly l pull a 28 foot fifth wheel camper with a 2006 F150 so I put the 1inch spacer in but may take it out will have to see when the camper gets hooked up. Just had 8 inches of snow on 4/4/18 in Wisconsin it may be a little while. Thanks etrailer.
