It sounds like you're looking for a tow bar wiring kit for a 2017 Buick Enclave and while the Blue Ox Bulb and Socket kit # BX8869 would work just fine, it requires cutting into the back of the tail light housing on your vehicle and isn't really a convenient option if you're going to be installing the parts yourself. Instead I recommend using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will splice into your vehicle wiring and comes with diodes to protect the RV from any back feed in the event of a short.
The 2017 Buick Enclave requires that fuses are pulled for flat towing, so you'll also need the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicles - 50-Amp FMX Fuse # RM-76517 and Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicles - (2) 20-Amp ATC/ATO Fuses # RM76514. This would complete the electrical portion of your flat towing setup, but you may still need base plates, a compatible tow bar, safety cables, a supplemental braking and possibly a high/low adapter to keep the tow bar level when towing. I've gone ahead and listed the parts I recommend to complete your setup in case you don't already have those.
Base Plates: Blue Ox # BX1708
Tow Bar: Blue Ox Alpha 2 # BX7380
Supplemental Braking: Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR also requires # RM-9332
