The sturdy lugs pair directly with Blue Ox tow bars for a secure connection and can adapt to Roadmaster tow bars using adapter RM-031 or RM-031-5, or to Demco bars using adapter DM9523041 (all sold separately). Integrated mounting points make it simple to attach an electrical connector bracket up front, keeping your wiring tidy and ready to plug in.
For those who like turning wrenches on their own rig, this is a manageable weekend project. The base plate bolts securely to the chassis using the included hardware—no welding needed. Clear instructions guide you through each step for a clean fit. Specs include an 18" distance between brackets and a 17-3/4" bracket height, giving you solid reference points when planning your setup.

We like the base plate but feel the two bars out the front are too close together. We get a little more sway because of this. Also the round bars that you[] into the base plate have corroded and look worse than the ones we used for 6 years. Very disappointing

Blue ox base plate is still great just a note for users you may need to lube the inside of the holes where the aluminum adapters for the tow bar connection is as one time I could not turn it to lock in for towing this solved the problem
