If your 2015 Ford F150 is a 4WD model with a neutral position in the transfer case, you can flat tow the truck by engaging the 4 wheels down towing feature as described in the owner's manual. 2WD vehicles cannot be flat towed.

When I looked up the curb weight of the 2015 Ford F150, I saw that the curb weight ranged from about 4000 to 5000 lbs. As long as the weight of the truck comes in under the 5000 lb capacity of the hitch, and the truck meets the parameters mentioned above, you'll be able to flat tow it just fine.

The # RM-524431-4 Roadmaster base plate you'd looked at would work great, but I'd recommend going with the direct connect # RM-524431-5 model instead, for a cleaner look and easier hook up/removal. Safety cables like # RM-643 are also recommended.

For a tow bar, I'd go with the Roadmaster Falcon All Terrain, part # RM-522. You'll also need a taillight wiring solution like # RM-152-1676-7, a supplemental braking system like the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. Roadmaster also recommends a charge line kit, part # RM-156-25 to keep the truck battery topped off while you're towing it.

If the installed height of the base plates have more than a 3 inch height difference compared to that of the receiver on the motorhome, you'll also want to use a high/low adapter to bring it within 3 inches of level. I'll link to our selection of adapters as well as to a help article that explains how to measure for the height difference.
