I may have a solution for you, however, there is not an adapter available for the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 that will increase the distance between the light bars. If you just needed more overall length of the wiring harness then you could add Hopkins Endurance Easy-Pull 4-Flat Extension w/ 2 Grip Rings - Vehicle and Trailer Ends - 48" # HM47114 between the Curt light kit and the tow vehicle, but this will not extend the wiring on the light bar. Since the wires on that light bar harness are not separate and are combined in one round wire, it will be difficult to splice in longer wires, but you could try doing so with Primary Wire - 16-Gauge - White - per Foot # DW02359-1 and Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 16-14 Gauge Qty 5 # DW05744-5.

I think a better route would be to use etrailer License Plate and LED Tail Light Mounting Kit for Hitch Mounted Cargo Carrier # e98943-44LED which comes with the wiring, lights, brackets, and everything necessary for installation and use. If the lights are still not spaced out enough then you can easily splice in some longer wires using Primary Wire - 16-Gauge - White - per Foot # DW02359-1 and Deka Heat Shrink Butt Connector - 16-14 Gauge Qty 5 # DW05744-5. This tail light wiring kit uses individual wires which are much easier to splice.
