Recommended Trailer Hitch for a 2021 Honda CR-V Hybrid

Question:

looking for a hitch for bike transport, is there a 2hitch that is compatible with a 2021 CRV Hybrid touring package that does not negate the warranty? Does the kick tail gate sensor need to be repositioned ?

The trailer hitch I recommend for a 2021 Honda CR-V is the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98848 which has a 2" receiver. This hitch is a bolt-on fit with no drilling or welding required. It will not void the warranty of the vehicle nor will any hitch. The hands free liftgate sensors should still be operational with the hitch in place although limited to areas away from the receiver tube. If you find there to be too much interference you can purchase a relocation bracket from the Honda dealer.
