Recommended Transmission Cooler for 2018 Toyota Highlander

Question:

I have a 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited and am towing a travel trailer with gross weight of 4700 pounds. I am happy with towing in Ontario which is mostly flat. I am planning a trip west through Rocky Mountains. What transmission cooler do you recommend. I plan to install myself. Any other items I need to purchase ?

This is an extra efficient cooler meaning it can cool more fluid in the same amount of space than other lesser options. It's a complete kit that comes with everything you need for install. Please note, these kits are all universal so you'll have to find the cold/hot lines by touch and then splice into them using the included hoses and fittings. It will work great to cool transmission temps while towing or hauling, especially through hilly terrain working to extend the life of the transmission.
