Any recommendations on a wiring harness mounting plate for this hitch?

In order to mount a 4-way connector on your # C13427 I recommend using the # 18144 Mounting Bracket. In addition to this bracket I also recommend the # 18140 No-Drill Mount for Electrical Mounting Bracket. This will allow you to attach the mounting bracket using a hose clamp.

If you need a wiring harness, I recommend the # CU94FR Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness. This is wiring harness is a custom fit for your 2021 Hyundai Palisade. It plugs into existing wiring so no cutting or splicing is required.
