What size is the mounting bolt head? What size in inches hopefully socket head to fit?

You will need a 19mm socket with a 10" extension to tighten the 4 1.25" bolts on the Curt hitch item # C12221. I have linked a couple installation videos to help you with anymore questions you may have.
