Yes the Equal-i-zer shank part # EQ9C0-02-4800 does work with the Reese Strait Line weight distribution systems that have the dual cam sway control.

Looks like you have an 8k rated Hayes trailer axle hub which for that would require the part #8-285-11 for a replacement hub.
