Hello, I have a 2015 Jeep wrangler unlimited Sahara and would like to flat tow behind a Jayco greyhawk mh. I am getting lost with all the various items you have to offer and need some help. Looking for some recommendations for the following items: Base plate removable arms and wiring harness for the jeep and mh has 2 inch receiver tow bar that can stay connected and swing out of the way when not in use and lastly braking system for the Jeep. We can help you out here, and flat towing does have a lot of parts so it can definitely be confusing. I am going to assume your 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited does have the standard factory bumper, and what I'll do is go ahead and list out all the parts you need to flat tow to make it easy to order, then explain why I like these parts for your Jeep.

- Supplemental Braking System: Demco SBS Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System # DM86VR
Let's start with the base plates, and the Roadmaster direct-connect do have the removable arms that you want which means you won't have unseemly tabs sticking out from under your Jeep. For the tow bar, the etrailer SD is the best option not only because it has long arms which make it easier to maneuver when towing, it also has integrated safety cables and an adjustable tilting head so a high-low adapter won't be needed, saving you from making additional purchases.
The SD tow bar also has arms which you can fold either to the left or right (or one arm to the left and one to the right) which you wanted. It is easily the best value for a tow bar for your Jeep, and the base pins # RM-910029 I linked are needed in order to complete the connection to these base plates.
The Flexo-Coil wiring kit is designed to prevent any type of electrical feedback to your Jeep's electrical system, and both the Stay-IN-Play DUO is the best braking system because it is a one-time install which will never require any type of removal or reactivation, and because it gives you braking proportional to that of your motorhome. This results in much smoother braking than most systems which send out a pre-set amount of braking power and thus are more rigid.
