I have a great flat towing set up for you but dolly towing your 2017 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited is a no go due to the transfer case and that is directly from the Jeep manual itself. According to the manufacturer you can not dolly tow a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited.

If you are going to use a tow dolly like item # DM9713093 you have to disconnect the rear driveshaft. The rotation of the front driveshaft is what helps pump the fluid through the transfer case. If the rear is spinning and the front is not the transfer case can over heat and cause damage.

To flat tow your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon model you will need a tow bar, base plate, wiring harness, supplemental braking system, charge line, and a high low adapter. I have listed the parts below along with any available installation videos.

Tow Bar - etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar - RV Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs item # e34ZR

Base Plate Kit - etrailer Classic Base Plate Kit - Fixed Arms item # e98947. It does not fit the models with an American Expedition Vehicles bumper.

High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
