Question:
Im trying to pick the correct / rise bar for my Pontiac Vibe. The recommended part is C45521, but to double-check Id like to know the height off the ground of this receiver when installed. Do you have this information? Thanks

With the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C12228 installed on a Vibe similar to your 2009 Pontiac Vibe we noted the top of the hitch will sit at approximately 12". Please note that this can slightly due to different models offering different tire sizes and springs sagging due to age.
The Curt Class II Drawbar # C45521 has a 2-5/8" rise that would put the ball mount at an approximate height of 14-5/8". A 2" Ball # A-82 or 1-7/8" Ball # A-80 will be needed depending on your trailer coupler.
A Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118460 will give you a 4-way flat trailer connector that most small trailers use. It uses a powered convertor to protect the factory wire harness from extra strain. The harness uses OE style connectors to work with the factory taillights on your Vibe.
I recommend a Master Lock Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock and Coupler Lock Set # 3794DAT to ensure that your trailer stays secured both while connected to your Vibe and while in storage.
