Recommended Replacement Jack For Broken Shelby Model 5856A Swivel Trailer Jack

Question:

The Shelby jack on our Grand Lodge is toast. Can we replace a Shelby Model 5856A 1000 lb static capacity? If not, what is compatible?

I have an option for you, but since Shelby is out of business you will not be able to purchase another Model 5856A jack.

Instead I recommend replacing it with the Fulton Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack - Weld On - Sidewind - 10" Lift - 1,200 lbs # FTJ120W0301 which will fit your existing jack mount so it will be an exact replacement, and you will actually have a little stronger of a jack as this jack has a 1200lb lift capacity compared to your Shelby jack that had a 1000lb capacity.
