Shelby Jack Model 5856A Replacement Recommendation on Jet Ski Trailer

Question:
I need to replace my Shelby jet ski trailer jack. It bolts on with one bolt in the center of the mount. Do you have a replacement?

What we have heard is that the Fulton # FTJ120W0301 does fit the mounting plate of the Shelby Jack 5784 which is what it looks like you have something similar to.
