Is There a Direct Bolt On Replacement for Shelby 1,000 Lb Boat Trailer Jack

Question:

I’m looking for a Shelby industries trailer jack for heritage boat trailer. The jack bolts on a bracket that’s welded on the trailer. Only marking is on the wheel one size says static capacity is 1000 lbs and other side says “2 03”. Do you have a direct replacement?

I do have an option for you but Shelby is no longer in business and there aren't any direct replacement jacks which use the same mounting bracket. I recommend simply removing the old jack and placing a bolt-on jack either in front of or behind the old jack bracket. There is also the option of cutting off the old bracket entirely for a nicer install but this is not required. I recommend the Series Snap-Ring Swivel Marine Jack part # PSEJ10000101 which has a wheel for easy maneuverability and a zinc coating for better protection.
