Does Draw Tite Hitch # 75085 Fit ZR2 Version of 2003 GMC Sonoma

I have a 2003 GMC Sonoma ZR2 I was told the frame is wider then the base 4x4. I dont know if this is true or not. Will this hitch or which one fits?
