I have a 2019 Ford E450 Cutaway chassis on my 2020 Coachmen RV with the V10 engine and dual wheels. Is this the correct sway bar for this vehicle.

I have a solution for you, but the # RM-1139-163 you were looking at is not the correct sway bar, as that one was designed for Emergency vehicles. There is a Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar that is designed specifically for the V10 Engine and Class C chassis on your 2020 Coachmen with part # RM-1139-147.
