Troubleshooting Tekonsha OEM Replacement Wiring Harness 22114 Not Having Power On 2016 Ford T250

Question:

2016 250 transit van trying to in stall trailer harness did not come with tow package. i found a connector off the wiring that goes to the back lights this connector has 6 wires and mathes up with the 7 pin 4 pin harness from kit but it has no power there. i am not using controller basicly just want the turn signals brake lights and running lights the 4 pin hook up.i have looked at most fuses and relays i can find nothing seems to be missing. So what i amtrying to do is just hookup at the 6 wire connector and be done why do i not have hot wires

Since the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter - 7 Way Trailer Connector # 22114 you installed on your 2016 Ford Transit T250 does not have power you will need to confirm that the 3 in-line fuses are connected to the battery, and that the fuse is installed and not blown.

I included a video of the # 22114 being installed and a wiring diagram showing the 3 in-line fuses.
