For a trailer hitch and trailer wiring harness setup for your 2018 Ford Transit T250 all you need is the etrailer hitch # e98842 and the 7-way kit part # 22114 that you referenced and you'd be set!

The # 22114 comes with a plug that allows it to easily plug right into a Tekonsha brake controller. So all you need is a controller like the Brake EVN # TK63VR and you'd be set. It would plug right in and you'd be set.
