Question:

Hello. I plan on adding the P2 brake controller to my 2020 Ford Transit T250 and just trying to figure out what all I need to do this. There's nothing back there now for trailer wiring as far as I can tell so I suppose I need the whole deal. Figured you could help! Thank you.

We have the exact components you need to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller # 90885 (great choice) on your 2020 Ford Transit T250!

Since there isn't any existing trailer wiring on the Transit you can use the complete Tekonsha Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit # 22114, which actually includes everything you will need. This is an all-in-one kit that provides you with the custom 7-Way harness that will plug into factory ports behind the Transit's tail lights, the necessary wiring to run up to the battery for activating all the circuits, and wiring specific to Tekonsha brake controllers like the Prodigy P2 for hooking it up and powering it in the vehicle.
